SCORES is the Mobile Application designed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to lodge grievances by investors against listed companies, registered intermediaries and market infrastructure institutions. This app is a convenient way to lodge complaints by investors as the complaint lodged through this app is directly lodged on the SCORES system. The grievances lodged by investors are taken up with the concerned entity and continuously monitored.
Key Features
a) Sign-up: Registration on SCORES is mandatory for lodging complaints. Old logins generated on the SCORES website can also be used to access SCORES Mobile APP and lodge complaints.
b) Dashboard: Easy dashboard containing Tabs to register a complaint, check status, send a reminder and see list of complaints lodged by the user.
c) Easy Tracking: User can track their grievance by checking the status of the complaint in real-time mode.
d) Reminder: Facility to send a reminder to lodged grievances and feedback of disposed grievances.
e) Acknowledgment: SMS and e-mail acknowledgment at the time of the lodging of grievance and its disposal.
f) FAQs: Users can read the FAQs to understand the functioning of SCORES and how complaints are handled.
